Client Portal

Misti Luke, LCSW Private Practice, is going paperless. New Client paperwork must be completed 24 hours before your first appointment to confirm the appointment and prevent cancellation. To help with this process, new clients must create a secure Client Portal account. Creating a portal account gives you instant access to the New Client paperwork and many additional features.

 

Once your initial appointment is scheduled via phone, you will receive an email from Misti Luke, LCSW, with an invitation link to create your free Client Portal account.
