Mental Health Evaluation
Misti Luke, LCSW Private Practice, provides comprehensive mental health evaluations complete with court reports for legal purposes such as; child custody disputes, Oklahoma Department of Human Services, probation and parole, and other legal purposes.
Be aware of the information below concerning your mental health assessment:

Your appointment will last approximately 2 hours.

Payment is due at the beginning of your appointment.

Both in-office and video-conferencing telehealth evaluations are available.

You can expect your court report/evaluation results to be available within 2-3 business days of your evaluation.

Your court report can be provided to your attorney, probation/parole officer, or other entity of your choice, but only with your written permission.

A mental health evaluation gives a picture of how a person feels, thinks, remembers, and reasons. Through a series of questions and standardized tests, diagnose a variety of mental disorders.
